Around the World in 80 Postcards

Around the World in 80 Postcards

Inspired by Jules Verne’s book, ‘Around the World in 80 Days’, I have decided to embark on my own ambitious project. Join me on a breathtaking journey across the globe with “Around the World in 80 Postcards.” Starting and ending in the vibrant city of London, I intend to make and ‘post’ a postcard from 80 different locations, one each month, in a journey that will take over six years to complete. Each postcard will capture the essence of 80 remarkable cities from different countries, showcasing iconic landmarks, diverse cultures, and unique stories. Using AI, I will recreate stunning landscapes in art form, wherever possible, in the style of a local famous painter.

From the romantic streets of Paris and the historic charm of Rome to the bustling markets of Bangkok and the serene landscapes of Kathmandu, this collection hopes to offer a visual and narrative feast. Join me as we explore the world, one postcard at a time, and experience the beauty and wonder of our planet in a way that only postcards and art can convey.

Our first postcard is of Westminster Bridge in London, England, in the style of J.M.W. Turner.
