Today was a beautiful day, and the Himalayas came out to say hello. They’re usually hidden from view by the smog and pollution in Kathmandu, but on those rare days that they do appear, they take your breath away.
How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!”
Isaiah 52:7
The view from the top of our new house is quite stunning too, with Kathmandu spread out below us and the mountains towering above. Moments like this never fails to bring me closer to God, and I rejoice in His wonderful creation.
